## Scope and contact flow

Experiences can be delivered for desktop, mobile, tablet and supported VR headsets. Available content, features and device requirements are agreed for each project. Pricing, availability, update frequency and CRM synchronization depend on the configured source systems, integrations and agreed workflow. Named CRM compatibility is confirmed for each implementation.

The product's lead capture and CRM features are separate from this marketing website's contact form. The website submits enquiries directly to Outline World through an Amazon SES email endpoint. The visitor's email address is used for replies. Marketing form submissions are not stored in a database and do not create product CRM leads.
